Frequently Asked Questions

All artwork sales are final. We are unable to offer refunds or returns on any items.  If the item is damaged in shipment, please contact us within seven days with photos of the item and packaging so a placement piece can be made. 

Our signature fiber art creations are made by machine and hand sewing with cotton fabric, 100% cotton batting, and thread. 

Can I wash your products? 

Our fabric is not pre-shrunk so we do not recommend washing our products.  Methods such as spot or dry cleaning which will not shrink the item, is recommended in case of spills.  

Can I put my piece in the sun?

Fabric will fade over time in direct sunlight.  Just like a valued drawing or painting, please keep your piece in-direct sunlight to last for many years to come.
